Responsibilities (fundamental job duties): 1. Identify, quantify and exploit cost reduction opportunities 2. Gather data on existing processes 3. Ensure compliance with applicable specifications (ISO 8536-4, 21CFR820) 4. Design and implement new processes in support of new products and/or increased demands for existing products 5. Modify existing processes to improve efficiency 6. Validate product designs and processes 7. Write and execute protocols 8. Benchmark products and processes against sister facilities and competition 9. Work flow analysis 10.Value stream mapping 11.Write specifications for equipment, processes and products; verify compliance with same 12.Write work instructions Minimum Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above in an engineering field; more than 5 years work experience. 2. Working knowledge of Six Sigma and 5S 3. Have knowledge of manufacturing techniques in a clean room environment 4. Be proficient with CAD,Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SolidWorks or equivalent 5. Ability and willingness to learn new or different technologies and adapt them to production 6. Be responsible and be able to work independently; be proficient in English.
