Job Purpose : This position will have responsibility to provide sales support from a sales and marketing perspective to achieve strategic objectives and financial targets. Responsibilities: ? Implement marketing plan to meet agreed budget. ? Train distributors for smiths medical products and arrange local or national marketing activities such as seminar, workshop, ect. to meet customer's needs ? Work closely with distributors to provide technical supports for customers and distributors on before and after sales ? Conduct presentation, demonstration and seminar upon the request of distributor ? Monitor and push distributor on marketing promotion and customer development. ? Regularly collect and provide feedback about the market dynamics Technical Knowledge and Skills: ? At least 3 years medical industry experience ? Medical background, bachelor degree or above. ? Training or teaching experience is a plus. ? Travelling is essential. Abilities: ? Strong oral and written language proficiency in English & Mandarin. ? Good communication and presentation skill ? Organized and discipline in handling routine tasks. ? Good team-player
