崗位職責(zé): ?負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)mri產(chǎn)品線、輔件及服務(wù)的總體盈虧?在mri事業(yè)部?jī)?nèi)建立競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力強(qiáng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)化產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、研發(fā)和產(chǎn)品管理團(tuán)隊(duì)，同時(shí) 與必要的職能部門(mén)建立合作，以取得在市場(chǎng)上的成功?與醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)與銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)新產(chǎn)品、 新服務(wù)、 并負(fù)責(zé)mri產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)線的升級(jí)?擁有開(kāi)發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)，確保新產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的開(kāi)發(fā)符合預(yù)算的時(shí)間，成本和制造目標(biāo)?通過(guò)與醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)、銷(xiāo)售和市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，確保將新設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)順利導(dǎo)入市場(chǎng) ?在產(chǎn)品周期內(nèi)支持產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、制造與服務(wù)?主動(dòng)降低成本，以提升產(chǎn)品線的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益?管理產(chǎn)品周期決策開(kāi)展工作:?培訓(xùn)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和開(kāi)發(fā)醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)的人力資源 ?監(jiān)控部門(mén)內(nèi)以及合作的團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效，以實(shí)現(xiàn)一致的經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo) ?管理研發(fā)工作，以確保產(chǎn)品性能、可靠性的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)及總擁有成本?管理合作的銷(xiāo)售、市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)和新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入的團(tuán)隊(duì)以實(shí)現(xiàn) mri產(chǎn)品線的任務(wù)?代表公司與主要顧客、分銷(xiāo)商及投資人建立和維護(hù)關(guān)系?支持運(yùn)營(yíng)部門(mén)及時(shí)做出意外事故的解決方案教育與工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:至少15年在醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)mri流程有較好的技術(shù)理解能力和掌握基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備及技術(shù) 。至少5年成功的盈虧責(zé)任經(jīng)歷。 responsibilities: ?responsible for overall profit and loss for the mri line of products, accessories, and services?builds a strong competitive team of specialized product marketing, engineering, and product management professionals within the mri group, while fostering collaboration with functional departments necessary for success in the marketplace.?in conjunction with shared healthcare business sales and marketing resources, plans new products, new services, and upgrades of the mri product and service line?owns development and design resources, and ensures the development of new products and services according to budgeted time, cost, and manufacturing targets.?ensures smooth introduction of newly designed products and services into the market through shared healthcare business operations, sales, and marketing resources. ?supports product throughout lifecycle in engineering, manufacturing, and service.?drives cost reduction initiatives to enhance product line financial performance.?controls product lifecycle decisions.activities:?train, lead and develop group personal ?monitor internal and shared team performance to agreed financial ?manage development to ensure design goals of product performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership?manage shared marketing, sales, and npi resources to meet mri product line commitments ?represent the company to key customers, distributors, and investors?support operations ensuring timely resolution of anomalieseducation and experience:minimum 15 years’ experience in positions of increasing responsibility within healthcare industry, with solid technical understanding of mri procedures and underlying equipment and technology. minimum 5 years of successful p & l responsibility.
